Lauren Leader, is Senior Operations and Business Development Lead for 2WAY and the host of MAJORITY RULES. She is also the co-founder and CEO of All In Together, a non-partisan non-profit women’s civic leadership organization. She has dedicated her life and career to advancing women in business and politics. Her writing and thought leadership appear in a wide range of publications including USA Today, New York Times, Washington Post, Politico, The Hill and many more.
She is a frequent speaker at a wide array of major forums including the Aspen Ideas Festival, Milken Global Conference, Silicon Slopes and the World Economic Forum in Davos. She is a regular commentator on MSNBC, particularly Morning Joe, and has appeared on most major news outlets including CNN, FOXNews, CBS and more.
In addition to her leadership of All In Together, Lauren works with a wide range of institutions to advance civic participation, women’s leadership and social good. Previously, when leading the global think tank Center for Talent Innovation (now CoEqual) where she was President and in her roles as an executive advisor at Oliver Wyman and Deloitte, she helped companies advance diversity, inclusion and sustainability.

Laurye Blackford is a two-time Emmy winning journalist and producer. As a journalist and veteran of network news at ABC and CBS, she was on the front lines of some of the biggest cultural stories in recent history – the events of 9/11, the Columbine school shootings, the deaths of Princess Diana, John Kennedy, Jr., and President Ronald Reagan, to name a few. As the Senior Broadcast Producer for ABC News number one ranked morning show, GOOD MORNING AMERICA, Blackford conceived and implemented the editorial strategy aimed at their target female audience. In addition to her Emmy’s, Blackford was also the recipient of the prestigious Peabody Award for distinguished and meritorious public service in television.
